Ecuador in your Hands takes great pride in the quality of our products and services.
As a family owned and operated business we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, word of mouth and repeat business. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Ecuador in your Hands guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal blooms and quality product in all our flowers. To further assist in what we recognize is a highly personal purchase, our qualified team can also provide expert floral advice upon request, to ensure the most desired and appropriate end-product is delivered.
In order to process a product substitution or refund it is a must to send clear pictures of the product with its packing (card board & plastic sleeve) so that we can show our grower/supplier what has happened and correct it immediately for future shipments.
International sales are final. A refund is only accepted if the customer receives different goods to those ordered by the buyer. In this case the buyer must notify Ecuador in your Hands within 24 hours of receipt.
Ecuador in your Hands sends all merchandise in perfect condition. Everything is packaged according to safety standards and will arrive in perfect condition under normal conditions. In the event of loss or damage during the delivery process, the shipping company insurance will cover the costs (when it applies), thereby freeing Ecuador in your Hands from all liability.
